Helen L. Montgomery

Helen Montgomery is the principal of Buckingham County Primary School. She is a visionary leader with a collaborative leadership style that is student-centered and evidence-based. Mrs. Montgomery has served in multiple leadership roles and demonstrates a passion for children and school leadership. As a twenty-one-year veteran educator, Helen has taught at the elementary and secondary levels. Her leadership philosophy concentrates on building effective relationships and promoting equitable practices that empower students and staff to learn, grow, and excel.
